How Our Pricing Works

At The Roam Club, we believe that trust begins with transparency.

We do not accept commissions from hotels, tour operators, or experience providers. This is a deliberate choice — and one of our founding principles. In an industry where recommendations are often influenced by back-end deals and partner incentives, we’ve chosen a different path: one rooted in integrity, clarity, and loyalty to the traveler.

Instead of earning money from the places we send you, we charge a flat service fee that reflects the time, care, and expertise we bring to every journey. This fee is paid directly to us for our design and curatorial work — not embedded in hotel rates, inflated tours, or packages with hidden margins.

All travel costs — including accommodations, experiences, flights (when applicable), and extras — are billed separately. Nothing is marked up. Nothing is hidden. And nothing is recommended unless it truly aligns with your preferences, values, and travel rhythm.

To ensure full clarity, every client receives a detailed breakdown of costs for each hotel, experience, and curated element of their itinerary. We want you to know exactly what you're paying for — and why.
