  • We design highly personalized travel experiences around the world — from curated hotel stays to full itinerary planning, concierge services, and insider recommendations. Whether it’s a long weekend escape or a multi-country journey, every trip is tailored to you.

  • Once we’ve reviewed your form and confirmed the service that best suits your trip, we’ll send over a proposal and contract. A 50% deposit of our planning fee is required to begin designing your itinerary. The remaining 50% is due once you’ve approved the full trip plan — before we proceed with bookings.

    For the cost of the trip itself (hotels, experiences, transfers, etc.), we require a 50% deposit before making any reservations, with the remaining balance due at least two weeks before your departure.

    If you’ve booked our Travel Advisory service, you will handle all bookings directly — we’ll provide links, contacts, and instructions for everything we recommend.
    If you’ve booked Bespoke Travel Planning or Full-Service Concierge, you can either choose to make the payments directly or let us handle all bookings on your behalf. If you opt for the latter, we’ll provide a detailed summary of all reservations and their costs, so you always know exactly what’s been confirmed.

  • Our planning fee varies depending on the complexity, duration, and your chosen service. After reviewing your form, we’ll send a tailored proposal outlining next steps, services, and cost. You can also find our starting fees listed under each service description.

  • For most trips, we don’t book international flights, but we’ll guide you on the best routes, connections, and timings. We do handle regional flights, trains, transfers, and all other in-destination logistics — seamlessly.
    If you’ve booked our Full-Service Concierge, we can also take care of international flight bookings upon request, so your entire journey is fully managed from start to finish.

  • Once we’ve reviewed your form and reached out to you for any additional details, you’ll receive your first proposal within 5 to 10 business days. To begin designing your itinerary, we require a 50% deposit of our planning fee. We take time to craft something thoughtful — and keep you informed every step of the way.

  • We take your preferences seriously — whether it's dietary, mobility-related, or spiritual. Every detail of your trip is tailored to fit you comfortably, and we’ll make sure our partners are fully informed.

  • If you’ve booked our Full-Service Concierge or Bespoke Travel Planning, we offer personalized support throughout your journey — managing any changes, delays, or unexpected issues so you can travel worry-free.
    With our Travel Advisory service, we will make sure everything is thoughtfully arranged before your trip, but real-time assistance while traveling is not included.

We work with a range of budgets, as long as the goal is curated, meaningful travel.

  • Not at all. While we have particular expertise in some regions, we design journeys in all destinations across the world. What matters is not the location — but that the experience aligns with your story and style.

  • Ideally, 3–8 months in advance, especially for longer or seasonal trips. That said, if you’re dreaming of a last-minute escape, reach out — we love a good challenge.

  • We don’t sell insurance directly, but we can guide you toward trusted providers and recommend coverage options to protect your trip and peace of mind.

  • Yes — we’ll advise you on any travel documentation, visa requirements, or entry conditions relevant to your destination. You’ll always feel prepared before you take off.
