We design highly personalized travel experiences around the world — from curated hotel stays to full itinerary planning, concierge services, and insider recommendations. Whether it’s a long weekend escape or a multi-country journey, every trip is tailored to you.

Once we’ve reviewed your form and confirmed the service that best suits your trip, we’ll send over a proposal and contract. A 50% deposit of our planning fee is required to begin designing your itinerary. The remaining 50% is due once you’ve approved the full trip plan — before we proceed with bookings.
For the cost of the trip itself (hotels, experiences, transfers, etc.), we require a 50% deposit before making any reservations, with the remaining balance due at least two weeks before your departure.
If you’ve booked our Travel Advisory service, you will handle all bookings directly — we’ll provide links, contacts, and instructions for everything we recommend.
If you’ve booked Bespoke Travel Planning or Full-Service Concierge, you can either choose to make the payments directly or let us handle all bookings on your behalf. If you opt for the latter, we’ll provide a detailed summary of all reservations and their costs, so you always know exactly what’s been confirmed. -
Our planning fee varies depending on the complexity, duration, and your chosen service. After reviewing your form, we’ll send a tailored proposal outlining next steps, services, and cost. You can also find our starting fees listed under each service description.

For most trips, we don’t book international flights, but we’ll guide you on the best routes, connections, and timings. We do handle regional flights, trains, transfers, and all other in-destination logistics — seamlessly.
If you’ve booked our Full-Service Concierge, we can also take care of international flight bookings upon request, so your entire journey is fully managed from start to finish. -
Once we’ve reviewed your form and reached out to you for any additional details, you’ll receive your first proposal within 5 to 10 business days. To begin designing your itinerary, we require a 50% deposit of our planning fee. We take time to craft something thoughtful — and keep you informed every step of the way.
